Toll Golf: It’s more than a golf course, it’s a Country Club lifestyle

Imagine waking up each morning to breathtaking views of glistening lakes and rolling hills. Later, you go to TRX boot camp at the fitness center, and then you’re off to the pool for a relaxing afternoon. You may even treat yourself to the spa. For dinner, you go to Prime Rib Night at the Clubhouse.

This vision can become reality when you live at any of our Toll Golf communities. In addition to the breathtaking views, each one of the communities features an impressive 18-hole golf course designed by leading architects such as Tom Fazio, Arnold Palmer, and Greg Norman.

Living in a Toll Golf community is a dream for any golfer, but why would someone who doesn’t play golf want to live there?

For starters, each has a state-of-the art clubhouse…with amenities! The amenities at Toll Golf communities are world-class. They include anything from a pro-shop and fitness center, to tennis and bocce ball courts, a pool, spa, and casual and fine dining restaurants.

The pro-shop and fitness centers are staffed with instructors that specialize in all levels of golf, swimming, and tennis. In the “Golf, then Spa” episode of Toll Lifestyle TV, the McWilliams’ learn how to play golf at Jupiter Country Club in Jupiter, Florida.

It’s great for kids, too, because they can enjoy all of these activities with their friends. At Dominion Valley Country Club in Haymarket, Virginia, the “Sharks” swim team is such a welcoming organization that one Toll Brothers family signed their kids up to help them make new friends in the community (watch the “Moving with Kids” episode on Toll Lifestyle TV).

Aside from the fitness programs, there is a wide variety of activities for you and your family to get involved in. You could sign the kids up for the Garden Club where they plant seasonal vegetables and donate them to a local church, or maybe you invite another couple to the Lobster Shamble where you play 18 holes of golf with a wine tasting on every third hole, and a lobster dinner at the end.

Regardless of what you are into, whether it’s golf, yoga, or gardening, it doesn’t matter, because at our Toll Golf communities there is something for everyone. To learn more, please visit the Toll Golf website.
